Walter Uszok Metal River Float Series

The Uszok Metal River is a fixed float with a bulb-shaped buoy, made of polyurethane, and the keel (rod) is made of metal. The fixed plastic antenna is painted in fluorescent colors (red or green), providing increased visibility at night. The attachment of the keel to the main line is done using szilikon csali/plastic varnishes (the longer the rod, the more guiding varnishes will be introduced).

A metal guiding ring is attached to the body of the float (right at the base of the antenna) which allows for the attachment and sliding of the main line. The float is ideal for fishing in flowing waters or channels, with its bulb shape being hydrodynamic and very stable in such situations. It is especially recommended when target fish include roach, carp, barbel, or medium to large dace.

TIP: Floats with a metal rod have increased stability, especially when the line’s weight is spread out. They are ideal if you want to find out if fish are present at depths other than the maximum set. During the descent of the hook through the water column, any bite is signaled by the float even if it is not in a vertical position.
