A Walter Racer Feeder sorbent rod is a medium power feeder rod designed for casting baskets or method feeders, both on lakes and rivers. It is made with a lightweight, high modulus carbon blank that offers superior strength and can cast method feeders or baited baskets with great precision to the desired spot.

The fast action is perfectly calibrated so that during the cast, it optimally returns, while during the fight, the blank progressively begins to work, taming even the most aggressive fish and reducing the chances of these slipping off the hook. Shock absorption occurs progressively along the entire length of the rod, with reinforcements in the joint areas ensuring increased durability during fights.

This is a very versatile rod, recommended for use in natural as well as commercial waters, targeting small to medium-sized fish (such as bream, bleak, roach, etc.), with the note that it can also handle fights with larger fish due to the additional power reserve in the handle.

SIC guides are corrosion-resistant, allowing for smooth line flow, thus eliminating the risk of unwanted loops. The ergonomic Fuji reel seat is compatible with the vast majority of reel foot types from various manufacturers on the market. The sturdy handle with EVA and cork finish ensures an excellent grip even when your hands are wet.

NOTE: The rod is sold together with three carbon tip indicators. The three tip indicators are packaged in a protective plastic tube. The bend test for the tips is 1, 1.5, and 2oz.
